3. Inquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form, sending an email, or attending an introductory call does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or confidentiality relationship. Do not send sensitive information before appropriate confidentiality terms and a safe channel are agreed. Project scope, fees, timing, ownership, acceptance, support, liability, and governing law are set in a separate written agreement.
4. Product studies
Work labeled as a “product study,” “concept,” or similar term is exploratory demonstration work. It does not imply endorsement, production deployment, or an achieved business outcome. Third-party names and marks, if ever referenced for context, remain the property of their owners.
5. Website content and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, writing, graphics, code samples, and original concept materials belong to Floow Dev or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site for lawful business evaluation.
