This notice explains what information Floow Dev receives through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Plain-language summary
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If the inquiry form is not connected to a form endpoint, submitting it only asks your device to open an email draft; the website uploads nothing. Do not include confidential or highly sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
1. Who operates this site
Floow Dev operates the Floow Dev website and is responsible for information submitted through it.

2. Information received
The project inquiry asks for your name, work email, optional company, optional engagement shape, and the project context you choose to provide. Basic technical records may also be created by the hosting or form-delivery provider for security and reliable operation.
3. How form delivery works
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our commercial inbox. Formspree may store submissions and process them in the United States. Do not send confidential or sensitive information.
When a secure form endpoint is configured, the information is sent to that provider and then made available to Floow Dev. When no endpoint is configured, the button asks your device to open a pre-filled email draft. You still need to send it from your email application. The website states which mode is active beside the submit button.
4. Why information is used
- To reply to your inquiry and assess whether there is a useful fit.
- To prepare requested scoping, proposals, or pre-contract steps.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the applicable law, these activities rely on your request, legitimate operational interests, consent where required, or legal obligations.

Information is not sold. It may be handled by hosting, email, form-delivery, security, or professional-service providers only as needed to run the site and respond. Those providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, consider an engagement, keep necessary business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing.
